How to Make Spicy Buffalo Chickpea Hummus: cooking from dr. Sebi natural food guide
Chick peas (garbanzo beans) is one of the natural beans on dr. Sebi natural food guide list; the other one is string beans-all the other peas are likely to be GMO, and they were made in "Europe," dr. Sebi. For example, black beans, black eye peas, pinto beans, etc.
Chickpea is a delicious delicacy and many dishes can be made out of it. You can do a chickpea stew, chickpea burger, chickpea roti, or a simple chickpea salad. In this demonstration I will share my favorite chickpea recipe, which is my spicy buffalo chickpeas hummus.
Spicy buffalo chickpeas hummus Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chick peas, drain the liquid and set it aside
2 garlic cloves, pressed (optional)
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seeds)
1-tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
2-4 tablespoons spring water
1/2-teaspoon thyme, oregano, and onion power
1/4-teaspoon sea salt for taste (this is optional)
Directions for Making Spicy Buffalo Chickpea Hummus:
Remove the skins from the cooked chickpeas by lightly pinching the bean and discarding the skin. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth. You should adjust hot cayenne pepper to your liking and blend again if necessary. When everything is completed, refrigerate the hummus until it is ready to serve.
